Shipping Policy
We offer free worldwide shipping on every order placed at saintmichaelclothing.store. No minimum spend, no exceptions. Every order is packed carefully and ships with a tracking number so you always know where your package is.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
If you place an order over a weekend or on a public holiday, processing will begin on the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing may occasionally extend to 4 business days. We will notify you by email if there is any delay to your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
The following delivery estimates apply once your order has shipped:
- United States: 7 to 14 business days
- United Kingdom: 7 to 14 business days
- Europe: 10 to 18 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 10 to 18 business days
- Canada: 10 to 16 business days
- Rest of World: 12 to 21 business days
These are estimated delivery windows and not guaranteed dates. Delivery times may be longer during peak periods such as major shopping events or holidays. Delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or conditions outside our control may also affect delivery time.
Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, we will email your tracking details. Use the tracking number to follow your package through the carrier’s website. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 to 48 hours of your shipping confirmation email.
If you have not received your tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, contact us at support@saintmichaelclothing.store and we will look into it.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are outside our control and are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to predict what charges may apply to your specific order.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us because it could not be delivered — due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of customs duties — we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs may apply depending on the circumstances.

Lost or Significantly Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@saintmichaelclothing.store. Include your order number and tracking number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If a package is confirmed lost, we will either reship your order or issue a full refund — your choice.
