Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, we will make it right. This policy covers returns, refunds, and exchanges for all orders placed at saintmichaelclothing.store.
Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item is unworn and unwashed.
- The item is in its original condition with all tags still attached.
- The item is in its original packaging where applicable.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing original tags are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@saintmichaelclothing.store within 30 days of your delivery date. Include your order number and the reason for the return in your message. We will reply with detailed return instructions within 24 hours.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of our error — for example, if you received a wrong item or a damaged product. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping costs in full.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or a different product, contact us at support@saintmichaelclothing.store within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you want is not available, we will process a full refund instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@saintmichaelclothing.store. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. We will resolve the situation at no cost to you — either by sending a replacement or processing a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Sale and Final Sale Items
Items purchased during promotional sales are eligible for return under the same conditions as standard purchases, unless they are explicitly marked as final sale at the time of purchase. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
